Problem with your order?

TRUE ATHLETE ATHLETICS offer hassle free returns on all products in its original condition.

Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts Regulation you can cancel your order for a full refund from TRUE ATHLETE ATHLETICS.

If you are unsure of the condition of your item, please not below;

  • We CANNOT accept item(s) that have been washed.
  • We CANNOT accept item(s) that has the tag not attached.
  • We CANNOT accept item(s) that is covered in human/animal hair.
  • We CANNOT accept item(s) that has been discontinued on the website.
  • We CANNOT accept item(s) that have a distinct smell (deodorant, body odour, aftershave etc).

To return or exchange an item

Fill in the RETURN FORM and include it with the returned item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Returns received after this period may be rejected. If you require more information on if your item is eligible to return please contact our support team by emailing support@trueathlete.co.uk.

The customer must cover all return costs unless otherwise instructed by a member of our support team.

The customer is liable for the parcel until it reaches TRUE ATHLETE ATHLETICS. We recommend sending your parcel tracked and signed to avoid any issues that may occur in the delivery process.

To return or exchange a faulty item

If the item you received is faulty please contact our support team at support@trueathlete.co.uk with your order number, your name and address, details of the product, why the return is being made, photos of the fault and whether you require and refund or replacement.

You did not receive your order

If you order has taken loner then a week to arrive from dispatch, feel free to contact our team at support@trueathlete.co.uk where we will be able to inform you further. Please remember international deliveries tend to take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive at its destination.
